You can list services such as event planning, wedding planning, venues, catering, decoration, photography, videography, DJs, artists, anchors, entertainment, adventure activities, equipment rentals, corporate event services, and other event-related offerings.

04Is vendor registration free?

Tompli may offer free or paid registration plans depending on the category, promotional offers, or subscription plan available at the time of registration.

05What documents are required?

Depending on your category, you may be required to provide PAN, Aadhaar, GST (if applicable), bank account details, business registration documents, licences, permits, insurance documents, and other verification records.

06How long does verification take?

Verification timelines may vary depending on document completeness and internal review.

07Can I operate without GST?

Yes, where permitted under applicable law. However, you must comply with all legal and tax requirements applicable to your business.

08Can individuals register?

Yes, if the service category permits and the required verification is completed.

09How do I list my services?

After approval, log in to your vendor dashboard and add your service details, pricing, locations, images, and availability.

10Can I edit my listing later?

Yes. Vendors can update service information, pricing, and availability through their dashboard, subject to platform policies.

11How are bookings received?

Booking notifications are shared through your vendor dashboard and other available communication channels.

12How will I receive payment?

Payments are settled to your registered bank account after deducting applicable commissions, fees, taxes, or other agreed deductions, in accordance with the Vendor Agreement.

13When are settlements released?

Settlements are processed according to Tompli's settlement schedule after successful service completion and applicable review or dispute periods.

14Does Tompli charge commission?

Yes. Applicable commissions or service fees will be communicated in your vendor agreement or pricing plan.

15Can I collect cash directly from customers?

No. Unless expressly authorized by Tompli, vendors must not collect direct payments for bookings made through the platform.

16Can I contact customers directly?

Only for the purpose of delivering the booked service and in accordance with Tompli's communication policies.

17Can I cancel a confirmed booking?

Only under genuine and unavoidable circumstances. Frequent cancellations may affect your account status.

18What happens if I cancel a booking?

Tompli may apply penalties, adjust settlements, suspend listings, or take other actions under the Vendor Agreement.

19How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled according to Tompli's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable vendor terms.

20How can I improve my ranking?

Maintain excellent service quality, respond quickly, keep accurate listings, receive positive customer reviews, and avoid cancellations.

21Can I offer discounts?

Yes, subject to Tompli's pricing and promotional policies.

22Can I temporarily pause my listings?

Yes. You may mark services as unavailable through your dashboard.

23Who owns the photos I upload?

You must upload only content you have the legal right to use. By uploading, you grant Tompli the right to display the content for platform operations and marketing, subject to applicable terms.

24What if a customer files a complaint?

Tompli will review the complaint and may request information from both the customer and the vendor before taking a decision.

25Are vendors required to maintain insurance?

For categories where insurance is legally required or appropriate, vendors must maintain valid insurance and provide proof when requested.

26Are licences required?

Yes. Vendors must maintain all licences, permits, and approvals required for their services.

27Can Tompli suspend my account?

Yes. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, policy violations, poor service quality, repeated cancellations, safety concerns, or legal non-compliance.

28Can I advertise my business outside Tompli?

Yes. However, customers introduced through Tompli must be handled in accordance with the Vendor Agreement and platform policies.

You may request account closure through Vendor Support. Any pending bookings, settlements, disputes, or legal obligations must be resolved before closure.

Yes. Vendors may list services in multiple cities, subject to availability and platform approval.

32Can I manage multiple team members?

Depending on the features available, Tompli may allow multiple users or staff members to manage a vendor account.

33What are my responsibilities as a vendor?

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining professional standards, complying with applicable laws, delivering services as promised, and ensuring customer safety where relevant.

34How do I update my bank account details?

You can submit a request through your vendor dashboard or Vendor Support. Additional verification may be required before changes are approved.
