Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important information about cancellations, refund eligibility, processing, and exceptional circumstances.

Section 1

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Tompli – India's Smart Event Marketplace, operated by Miragunn Global Solutions Private Limited.

By making a booking through Tompli, you agree to this Policy.

Section 2

Cancellation by Customer

Unless a specific vendor policy states otherwise:

More than 15 days before the scheduled service: Eligible for up to 100% refund, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or non-refundable fees.
3–5 days before the scheduled service: Eligible for up to 50% refund, subject to the vendor's cancellation policy.
Less than 72 hours before the scheduled service: Generally non-refundable.
No-show or failure to attend: No refund will be provided.

Some vendors or activities may have different cancellation terms, which will be displayed before booking.

Section 3

Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, unavailability, weather (where applicable), or other valid circumstances, Tompli may, depending on the situation:

  • Offer a rescheduled booking;
  • Arrange an alternative vendor, where reasonably available; or
  • Process an eligible refund to the original payment method.
Section 4

Cancellation by Tompli

Tompli reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases involving:

  • Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors;
  • Force majeure events;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate, eligible refunds will be processed.

Section 5

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the booking.

After the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the payment method, payment gateway, and the customer's bank.

Section 6

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • No-show by the customer;
  • Late arrival causing missed participation;
  • Failure to meet age, identity, medical, or eligibility requirements disclosed before booking;
  • Violation of venue rules or safety instructions;
  • Bookings specifically marked as "Non-Refundable."

Adventure Activities

Adventure experiences may be affected by weather, safety requirements, or government restrictions.

In such cases, the vendor or Tompli may offer rescheduling or another suitable resolution before processing any refund, where appropriate.

Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges, banking charges, taxes, convenience fees, or other third-party charges may be deducted from refunds where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Refund Requests

Customers should contact Tompli customer support with their Booking ID and relevant details. Refund requests are reviewed according to this Policy and the applicable vendor terms.
