Tompli provides technology that helps customers discover and connect with independent event-service vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, vendors—not Tompli—provide the listed services and are responsible for their quality, safety, legality, pricing, and fulfilment.

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Use the platform only if legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• Do not create deceptive, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts.

Booking details, pricing, taxes, payment timing, cancellation terms, and included services will be shown during the applicable booking flow or confirmed communication. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers under their own terms.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy disclosed for the booking and Tompli's Refund and Cancellation Policy. Eligibility may depend on timing, vendor commitments, services already performed, non-recoverable costs, and applicable law.

• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with platform security.
• Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform without permission.
• Do not use false identities, fraudulent payment methods, or misleading content.
• Do not harass users or misuse contact and personal information.

Tompli and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, design, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Tompli the rights reasonably required to host, display, distribute, and promote it in connection with the platform.

The platform may link to or rely on third-party services, including maps, communication tools, analytics, and payment gateways. Tompli is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or practices, and your use may be subject to separate terms.

The platform is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. Tompli does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific vendor availability, or a particular event outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Tompli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform use or independent vendor services.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform integrity, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using Tompli at any time, subject to outstanding booking or payment obligations.

We may update these Terms and publish the revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory statutory rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts connected with Tompli's registered office.
