Vendor Agreement
The responsibilities and standards that apply when offering services through Tompli.
Effective date: 23 July 2026
Agreement and eligibility
This Vendor Agreement is between Miragunn Global Solutions Private Limited, operating Tompli, and the person or business registering as a vendor. By submitting a vendor application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to represent the business, and accept this Agreement.
Vendor information and verification
You must provide complete, current, and accurate identity, business, tax, contact, and service information. Tompli may verify submitted details and documents, request additional information, or reject, suspend, or remove a vendor whose information is incomplete, misleading, expired, or unverifiable.
- Keep profile, KYC, licences, and contact details current.
- Use only documents you are authorized to submit.
- Notify Tompli promptly of material ownership or legal-status changes.
Listings and services
You are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, availability, prices, inclusions, exclusions, images, service areas, and fulfilment commitments. Services must comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, permits, and professional standards.
Bookings and customer obligations
A confirmed booking creates a direct service obligation between you and the customer. You must communicate professionally, arrive or deliver as agreed, provide the listed service, issue applicable invoices, and promptly disclose any issue that may affect fulfilment.
Pricing, taxes, and payments
You are responsible for setting lawful prices and for all applicable taxes, registrations, invoices, and filings. Any platform fee, commission, payout schedule, refund adjustment, or payment-processing term applicable to a transaction will be disclosed through Tompli or agreed separately before it applies.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
You must follow the cancellation and refund terms shown for the booking and cooperate in good faith with customer-support investigations. Tompli may hold or adjust amounts where reasonably necessary to process refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or booking disputes, subject to applicable law.
Vendor conduct
- Do not discriminate, harass, mislead, spam, or engage in unsafe or illegal conduct.
- Do not manipulate reviews, impersonate others, or misuse customer information.
- Do not circumvent platform safeguards or use Tompli to facilitate fraud.
- Protect customer property, privacy, and confidential information.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tompli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform. You confirm that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
Tompli may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, risk to users or the platform, legal or regulatory requirements, fraud concerns, repeated service failures, or prolonged inactivity. Obligations relating to completed bookings, payments, confidentiality, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Tompli provides a marketplace and is not the provider of vendor services. You remain responsible for your acts, omissions, personnel, subcontractors, services, and legal compliance. You agree to indemnify Tompli against third-party claims arising from your breach, unlawful conduct, content, or services, except to the extent caused by Tompli.
Governing law and contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Tompli's registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights. Questions or notices may be submitted through Tompli's Contact page.
